At Dayton Dyno Products Ltd. we try to provide a quality product at fair and affordable prices.
We have very FEW issues with warranty claims, these machines are quite durable and very dependable.
Our warranty policies are a result of past experiences dealing with the public. There are MANY
good customers out there, but there are a few that are less than honest or simply try to get
something for nothing. Those bad customers will always make life more difficult for the rest of us.
Warranty Policy as of 04/01/08
Dayton Dyno Products reserves the right to request return of any or all defective components before replacement parts
are shipped to customer. Dayton Dyno Products will only pay for standard shipping to customer. Second day or Next Day
shipping will be billed to customer. We will be happy to test your components for you to determine if they are defective
at no cost to customer and in a timely manner.
All warranties ONLY apply to original purchaser and are NOT transferable.
All Dyno Electronics and Air Fuel Controller- Six months on components and parts. Any and all electronics are not covered
if incorrect voltage has been applied to them, or if dropped or damaged in any way.
It is customer responsibility to keep components in a safe and secure location during transport or use of the machine.
O2 Sensor: Limited warranty for 30 days, any fuel other than unleaded gasoline will VOID warranty.
Computer: Limited warranty for 30 days. These PC's are free to the customer, and are only supplied to offer the customer
a plug and play system. Customer always has the right to not accept the free computer at no reduction in price.
Hard Parts: All bearings, lead screw, front ratchet strap carry a limited warranty for six months. Damaged components are NOT
covered under the warranty. Axles, tires, wheels. fenders, panels, lights on mobile units have NO warranty. Every new dyno
is tested in our facility before sold. It is the customer's responsibility to check these items before purchase and to maintain
them during transportation and during use of the machine.
All warranty claims are at the discretion of Dayton Dyno Products. Ltd.
