Dayton Dyno Products is offering distributor agreements in states that are not listed on the distributor page. If selected as a distributor, every effort will be made to protect the territory we have agreed upon. All units are built and shipped from the Dayton, Ohio facility.
This will ensure that your territory is protected. Dayton Dyno Products reserves the right to sell units in your territory, and pay you a fee if the customer is not happy with your service.
Distributor requirements:
Must own and operate a business related to motorcycles, atv's or race cars that use motorcycle engines.
Must live and work in a state that is not listed on the current distributor listing.
Must have and maintain a website that will include Dayton Dyno Product information.
Must have active Dayton Dyno advertising for minimum of 6 months throughout the calendar year (other than website) such as cycle trader, cycle news, any cycle magazine you choose, etc.
Must sell a minimum of 4 units (any model) per calendar year to maintain distributor status.
Dayton Dyno Products reserves the right to cancel any distributor agreements, based on poor distributor performance to Dayton Dyno or any customer(s). A 30 day notice will be given to cancelled distributors.
